Working Principle:
The slitting jumbo roll paper is embossed, folded, and cut into rectangular paper napkin. The slitting jumbo roll paper is embossed and automatically folded into a square or rectangular napkin. The machine adopts electronic counting jump to ensure the accuracy of the number of sheets, easy to package, and the embossing roller adopts a heating and temperature regulating device to make the embossing effect more clear and compact, and the main technical parameters of the function of folding 1/4, 1/6 fold, etc. can be configured according to different needs.
Installation and Notice:

The napkin embossing machine should be placed on a flat concrete floor. The base of the machine and the ground should be stabilized with rubber sheets or wooden boards.
Strictly follow the instructions on the instructions for installation and commissioning
After the napkin machine is installed, the technician can explain to the staff what should be paid attention to during the operation of the napkin machine.
If heating is used, the heating power should be turned off 1 hour before the shutdown, otherwise the wool roller will be burnt.
During the production process, ensure that the protective cover is installed properly. If paper is stuck on the embossing roller or wool roller, the napkin machine may be damaged. It also may damage the wool roller,so it should be cleaned up in time.

Operation Steps:

1.Make paper pass through the webbing shaft , use hand valve to fix well;

2. Put the paper on the machine rearmost shelf, using the fixed belt to fix well;
3. Sequentially put the paper pass through the embossed roller, folding board, conveying rollers;
4. Put one end of the paper feed into the folding rollers;
5. Turn on the machine, in order to turn on the main motor, the cutting motor switch;
6. Adjust speed by adjustment buttons. Then finished napkin paper can be produced out;
7. If need to use counting function, then turn on the counting switch on the top right of controller.
