Product Introduction 

Mayjoy's paper production line perforates and cuts the base paper into various sizes as required. The finished products are neat, orderly and balanced. It has the characteristics of compact structure, easy operation, low power consumption and small floor space. The maximum production speed is 400m / min. The device can be adjusted to meet the required finished product. This model is ideal for paper mills and paper processing plants. The tissue paper making machine can process raw paper of various widths. The machine consists of a raw material machine, a paper conveying device, an embossing device, a perforating device, a rolling device, a power control and a cutting system.

Features of the paper production line

1.Adopt international advanced PLC programmable control of production process,man-machine interface operation,data set and parametric fault shows on touch screen,automatic stop broken paper

2.The distance of the punching(perforation) can be adjusted.

3.Automatic core feeding system, automatic paper roll pusher after rewinding,then rewind the new roll again.
 

4.Pneumatic loading system put on base paper,Put on paper roll independently equip tension control device.

5.When production paper roll,first tight then loosen,and the degree of tightness can be adjusted.to make product rolls fluffy or tight.
